EVFM Leak Detection
EVFM Leak Detection
Electric Field Vector Mapping (EFVM) is an advanced, non-destructive leak detection method used to accurately pinpoint breaches in waterproofing membranes wherever they are installed.
Applicable to a wide range of waterproofed surfaces—including flat roofs, podiums, balconies, and more—EFVM works by applying a low-voltage electrical current across the membrane. When a leak occurs, the current follows the water pathway, enabling technicians to locate leaks precisely and quickly.
Ideal for both new builds during quality assurance and existing structures experiencing water ingress, EFVM provides fast, reliable, and cost-effective results—helping you target repairs and maintain your building’s waterproof integrity.
